Laughable all the “ we never learn” comments. More winning teams then losing teams employ a fighter. Not to say a team has never done it without one, but it would be a rarity. Makes me wonder who “never learns” LOL
Edit- also I HIGHLY doubt he plays as he’s likely called up to eat popcorn as he’s a guy you don’t care if his game progresses he’s a stop gap and a guy you can throw into a game you know is going to get rough. So it’s funny to see people jumping the gun on that.

No, what's embarrassing is continuing to blame a lack of team truculence on poor results when the team went 0-7 on the powerplay.

I guess we'll see. Maybe he'll stand in front of the goalie and we can hit the net for a change, I dont know.
The powerplay didnt work but I dont think they're going to be adding Peluso to it, this is likely much ado about nothing.
Its not like we're benching Monahan and starting Peluso, we still dont even know if hes going to play.

Where was this Bennett o-zone penalty? I think Bennett was the least of our worries last game considering he couldn’t get on the ice with all the special teams. Tkachuk took our lone penalty last game and it was in the o-zone. By your logic we should sit him.

I was mistaken, I must be so used to Bennett being the one taking stupid penalties I just assumed it was him again. Considering Tkachuk scored, it's a bit more of a stretch to replace him. Makes more sense to replace a struggling 4th line player, with a face puncher than a second line player who positively contributes to the game.

I always fine it interesting when teams start the 4th line vs. the other team's 1st line.
