The Nuck's will likely battle for worst team in the league and they are easily handling the Flames tonight. Why can't this team ever start the season with their heads not firmly in their asses? They haven't even really looked like they might score.
PP looks pathetic.

Can they plant Tkachuk or Jankowski in front of Markstrom on the PP and just fire the ####ing puck at the net. Lose that mindless ####ing bump back pass and move the damn puck forward and crash the net!!! This should not be difficult!!

I'm at the game... this PP is mind-bottling... it appears the boys get fined if they don't drop pass in the neutral zone ... and, I imagine, suspended if they carry the puck in???

Have faith kids. The Flames were starting to push last period. It's gonna happen.

Very pleased with Smith.
This could be 4-0.

Smith is playing great and because of that it’s a one shot game. Let’s see if they can overcome the adversity and get back into it. I have faith, they know they have much more to give. Forget what happened and produce a great third.

Sloppy game overall and their inability to hit the Net continues.
One site had scoring chances 14-4 for the Flames in the second (none on the PP though) but I swear it doesn’t feel like that since the seem to miss the Net on changes so damn much.
Power play needed to dump it in. Vancouver was lining up 4 wide and standing still at their own blue line - dump it behind them and make them turn and go get it.

Aside from the horrible power plays it’s been a fun 2 periods to watch.

I want to blame last year's PP habits but...
Lindholm, Neal, Czarnik are all new. Should at least dilute it out somewhat.
Hanifin and/or Valimaki should be on the PP, in my opinion.

Remember when we scored a tic tac toe powerplay goal in pre season where all 5 players were involved?
Pepperidge farm remembers.

Then you'll have to get up in the middle of the night to pee. Stick with just brushing your teeth.
