Not just getting rid of Gulutzan and Cameron, but adding Peters, Ward and Huska, replacing old slow players with Lindholm, Czarnick, Ryan, Neal and of course playing Valimaki, Andersson and Mangiapane.

I may be wrong, but I can't remember this many changes to the Flames on-ice and behind the bench in just one off-season. I also can't remember where the replacements, in ALL cases being a vast improvement on the players & coaches they replaced.
