Managed to get Lindholm with the last pick in my draft tonight. If he plays on the top line i think it will be a steal

Solid period, perhaps the most promising of tge entire preseason.

Nice change this year where there are too many players not enough roster spots!

It’s been a fun game to watch so far! The lines look nicely balanced and dangerous at the same time.

Have not missed hamilton once this preseason, definitely do not miss him in this game.

Hanifin is the real deal.

God, wouldn't that be nice.

Feels like it's been ages. Let's hope this is the combination of coach and players that finally gives us a long playoff run. They're certainly showing some early promise.

Hanifin has quietly put together a really solid preseason. Great skater who can cover a lot of ice, be it defensively or jumping up in the play.

Is it possible that this is what our team is going to look like most nights? I’m scared to get my hopes up. They just looked like a totally different team than I’m used to. They never looked fast like this last year for more than a shift or two. Please let this be real, not just one really solid period in the preseason.

Ya it felt like Johnny was the quick one last year bringing it in but now it looks like the whole team is doing it. I agree. I do not want to get my hopes up either.

Hanifin has all the tools. He still takes a few risks that maybe he shouldn't, but he's 21, forchristsakes. He's younger than Andersson.

The guy is going to be a star. And he's going to be better than Hamilton in short order, IMO.

He kind of reminds me of Hedman with how much and how he jumps into the play. Obviously not as big as Hedman, but similar style.

hopefully we see this most nights for all our opponents, thus the Flames being the ones who make them look like ass.

Early times yet but I feel he is more positionally sound than Dougie. And he has the skating ability to recover from any blunders.
