I remember I wanted Lindholm to be the Flames pick. Monny has been unreal for the Flames. I bought his jersey cause I wasn't sold on him and boy did he prove me wrong. Crazy how both players are now on the Flames and possibly on the same line going into this season.

Interesting back then to see how Monahan was touted as the more defensive center and Lindholm more gifted offensively. If anything the opposite transpired.

Sure hope Lindholm pops this season as BT hopes. He should as 1RW most of season. Hudler 2.0 but better.

Haha I was thinking about that too. Both of them switched roles in a way once they started their NHL careers. I really hope they end up on the same line together.
