NHL teams ranked by goalie tandems

Can't really argue with the ranking (24th) given the uncertainty of Smith's health and erratic back up play. This time we are ranked just behind the oilers.... Here's hoping the flames get a healthy 60 games this year!

Yeah, When Smitty is on he's probably top 15, but neither of our potential back ups look great and Smith is getting a little old to be playing 65+ games. 24 seems like a pretty fair assessment.

We really need some big strides out of one or two of our young goalies this season. That or try and find a trade for a young guy who has already proved something.

Our backups are in the mix for league worst so I suppose it's all about Smith and how well he can play and how often.

Mike Smith was at all-star game last year so when healthy he's a top 10 goalie.

Sad that the Elliott led Flyers are several spots ahead. I guess they’ll find out when they make the playoffs
