It is supposed to be bending from the force of the wind/storm. It could be worse, it could be the lone flag that signals a storm warning instead of a hurricane.

While i'm not a big fan of the logo, the rest of the jersey looks ok. Black and red look good together, I like the grey on the shoulders, collar is weak like all the other jerseys but otherwise all the stripes are simple and clean. No weird angles or piping.

Fair point. I more meant the shaft into blade curve. Looks strange.

I just don't think the double hurricane flag is a highly recognized symbol. Maybe that's OK.
The colors are nice.
