Did you mean to use the word expected instead of unacceptable? They've had how many practices and games so far?
Gillies is still more likely to play another year in the minors. Rittich has the upper hand based on NHL performance to date. Add in the waiver issue and its very likely Gillies starts in Stockton IMO. Both Parsons and Gillies still have more development before they're NHL ready. Rittich was solid last year in the NHL.
