Gaudreau. When 20,000 collectively hold their breath when he jumps on the ice in overtime? Only a few players in the league have that kind of ability...

There are alot of guys I really like on the team for a number of reasons, with Backlund and Giordano being tops among them.

But it's hard not to get excited when Gaudreau is doing his thing.

Moneyhands.

The first time I saw an interview of his I knew he was the player I wanted us to draft. Not to mention I love how deadly his wrister is and his willingness to get in the dirt. Not to mention playing through 4 injuries. He's our next captain without a doubt

"Favourite" and "Most Admired" can be different things.

Johnny Hockey™ can be electrifying, lifting crowds out of their seats on a regular basis.

Mark Giordano, based on sheer determination, rose from obscure rookie try-out camp invitee into one the premier blue liners in the league, while being a humble community leader off the ice.

Tkachuck, Monahan, Gaudreau, Gio, Backlund in that order of the guys I know. Hopefully some of the new guys can break into that list.

I hope we hang onto him and hold him in regard as our next generations (almost compared to Iginla)

But the next one to take over this team.

As a kid look what hes doing now and become a force for the next 8 Years (please sign him now)

Giordano because of his leadership, heart, consistency, being an undrafted player, and heading over to play in the KHL when he was told he needed to improve to have a career in the NHL.

Favourite to watch: Johnny and Chuckie

Favourite players: Outside of Iggy, Backlund was my favourite since he was drafted - i just really liked his attitude, mind and heart; always had this feeling he would turn it around and become what he is. Also a huge Bennett fan - I'm looking super forward to him turning it around with Peters as the coach.

Lindholm and Anderson over Tkachuk.... not sure how you can rationalize that.

I can't decide between Tkachuk, Gio, and Backlund. I feel like it's generally a pretty likeable group though.

Not a big James Neal guy, but hopefully he helps the team win!

Bennett and Tkachuk.

Like Bennett when he plays his rough game and lays out guys way bigger than he is.

Tkachuk is the ultimate pest, love how he pisses off everyone.

If Bennett could up his game and find a way to center a line with Tkachuk and Neal it would be my favorite line in hockey.

All time favorite is Iggy though. During 3-4 years he was yhe best in the league and almost everyone on the ice feared him. Could beat players so many ways, absolute legend.
