Had Kieth out to look at my furnace a week ago.
He took one look and based on my configuration let me know that he couldn’t service properly. We had a great chat on what I could do to give him room to do his work properly.
I admire a person who won’t do a half arse job and leave. You can tell Keith owns his work.
Although I did not get service I appreciated his advice and will have him back when I get him proper access!
