yes, according to the rules, this is a penalty. It's a harsh one, but given the current rules regarding handballs it's the right call. I don't like it and think it needs to be changed, but it it what it is.

That last one was terrible goal keeping. Feet were stuck in mud. Third was similar but the quick bounce back gives him some forgiveness. Not sure where he though Mbappe was going to shoot as he was lining up with his left.
