I didn't watch the Coric match don't know if Medvedev just played great or Coric couldn't handle expectations.
Wawrinka is just not a good grass court player never has been and Dimitrov is actually pretty good on grass.

After a very shaky start, Stan is up 2 sets to 1 (won two tie-breakers). Playing like the Stan of old.

Dimitrov has all the talent in the world, but it's the between the ears stuff that gets in the way.

To put that amount in perspective Nadal and Djokovic make around $30 mill each from all their endorsements.

Genie up 4-0 in her first set today!
She easily wins 1st set, is 3-3 in the second but looking shaky. Has been broken once, broke back and was just broken again.

Upset alert as Thiem is down 2 sets to 0 to Baghdatis and Goffin is out as he is taken out in the first round as well. Nadal cruises to victory will play the winner of Pospisil or Kukushkin.

Kid still has to learn how to transfer from clay to grass. Hope he figures it out one day.

He's gonna be 25 by the time the next major rolls around. He's not a kid anymore, he's one of the big reasons why NextGen is looking more like LostGen.

I've watched Thiem live, and the thing that stuck out to me is while his baseline power is amazing, his windup takes all damn day. that's why he's so good on clay despite having a OHBH, because he can camp way back and take the high bouncing ball on the dip. the low bouncing skidding balls on grass and good net rush payoffs are what will keep him from accomplishing anything at SW19, unless he totally revamps his style.
