The panel on TSN is talking about the Flames and Ferraro starts off by talking about the Hamilton trade and how Lindholm is slotted on the top line at RW because even though he was drafted as a centre, prefers he wing, which I don't believe is correct.
It probably bugs me more than it should, but a presumed expert (that's why he's on the panel) should get his facts right.

Just as annoying is the panel always referring to him as "O-dog" like the audience knows him (or cares to know him). He's not a funny character or entertaining. Frankly he comes off as an obese bully, so I don't get how TSN made that decision to have him be part of so much. But meh.

He's got some undeniable intangibles, but $7.5M/yr (so he's the Flames highest paid player) for a 20g, 60pt player, doesn't have me wanting to send out significant assets to still have the Flames not solving the RW scoring problem.
Flames had no top draft picks this year, so the next 1st should be off limits, and Valimaki looks to be a blue-chip defenseman, which should get premium value in return on his own, never mind throwing in a 1st pick and guy who still has significant upside.

I wouldn't lose sleep giving up Bennett for ROR. Plug in prospects. Kulak/Andersson is acceptable. Agree that we shouldn't be touching valimaki or the 1st.
