Looked to me like Ramos and Pique were both jostling just as much as the defense.
Both then made a meal of it, personally think they were right not to call it a PK there.

Unfortunately you really have to give the edge to Spain in the penalty shootout.
De Gea > Akinfeev
Spain have the experience and the talent and less pressure and are probably less exhausted than the Russians.
But if they go out after this game they'll have done so acquitting themselves well.
