Yeah, I always seem to have trouble sleeping. I have been watching the Rocky movies for the last while. Currently working on Rocky 3.

Use that time to to re-discover crappy shows you used to lvoe as a kid.
Like, The Odyssey, a short lived Canadian series about a boy who is put into a coma and lives out a fantasy world in his mind. Sarah Chalke (Scrubs) Ryan Reynolds Van Wilder) and Jewel Staite (FireFly) all had roles on it.
So, theres that...

Do you live oncampus? When I lived in rez at Carleton, I could always find someone to hang out with at any given time of day or night. You could try wandering around, I am sure you would find someone to kill time with.... or you could just hit the tv lounge....

wow... i don't even remember that show... I've only lived in Canada for like... 8 years and a bit... and I never watched much TV... I just find myself lurking around here aimlessly.
And Elle... the idea isn't bad... except it is absolutely DEAD quiet... Exam time, and I certainly ain't gonna wake up my Rez Fellow... pretty much everyone's asleep... TV is broken (yes, work order has been put in like a million times) roommates sleeping... and... i live on 10th glen... not much to do up here... LOL

you could always find a ball and see how many times you can bounce it in an hour and then try to break that record.

my little boy is cutting a molar right now. I'm running on about 8 hours total the last 2 days. I'm going to put a "don't poke the bear" sign by my desk.

I remember that Odyssey show. I thought it was really cool. I'll bet it would look pretty lame now.
I never work off a lot of sleep. I've got some computer games that keep me busy at night, if I'm not working. There are times I'll just be playing online games (Rainbow Sphere right now) until 3:00 in the morning. I hate going to bed, and I hate getting out of bed.

I've been awake for 2 days now.. I woke up at about 3 on Wednesday.. It is now 12 on Friday.. I napped for an hour last night.. Thats it.. I had two killer papers due today... Don't think either of them are going to be that good.. Unfortunate since these two are my worst classes.. Stupid econ... Oh well I graduate in a week.. Screw this place.... byt the time today is over I'll have slept one hour in about 56 hours or so... I've got a tattoo appointment at 4:30 so after I hand my papers in at 4 I'm heading straight down to finish my leg sleeve. (about another 5 hours!)... WOOT..

You might get a kick out of these.
Edit: Ooops, I didn't read the other thread. The first link was already mentioned, but not the second one. (Wasn't a TV show)

You got the touch!!! You got the power!!!
Just bought the 20th Anniversary DVD a few weeks ago with free T-Shirt @ HMV. But yeah, that movie does put me to sleep as an adult. I watched it too many times to be healthy as a kid. I could recite it line for line in my sleep.

The Empire Strikes back is the best movie to fall asleep too. I always fade by the Yoda scene

That's hilarious! Reminds me of the phrase "look like SOMEBODY has a case of the MONDAYS" followed by a pouty face.

That's hilarious. I used to always watch the last 30 minutes of Rocky 3 when I couldn't fall asleep.
I know I'm having trouble sleeping when I've started counting down in my head the exact amount of time I could sleep if I fell asleep right then and there.
