I hate food and eating as well. Hate eating at restaurants. Eat out more than I like though for work. I like the social aspect more than the food part of business meals. I don't get the whole foodie scene. The irony is that I've ate at nicer restaurants and ate weirder food than most foodies I know. Don't care for it though.
Usually skip breakfast and eat a light lunch. Have rice, steamed vegetable with maybe chicken or beef for dinner most nights. Spaghetti, salads, stews, chilis other nights. Don't snack much. Boring meals and like it like that. My wife is the same. We hate grocery shopping, prepping then making meals. We eat healthy though and in really good shape.
Eat to live, not live to eat is my motto.

I was big on peanut butter sandwiches before realizing that eating bread (especially north american bread) was so damn bad for the body. I'm eating unseasoned raw spinach for a snack right now, being healthy >>> eating yummy food, and eating healthy sucks, so #### eating.
e: even better, getting hooked up to a food IV while I sleep so I don't even have to think about eating during the day.
