Happy for Nik Backstrom too - maybe the most underrated player in the NHL.
Never mentioned among the top centres in the league but actually has a better career PPG than guys like Thornton and Getzlaf and is decent defensively too.

Thank goodness that the Vegas "gift me a contender" Golden Knights didn't win the cup.
Good riddance.
I'm happy for Ovy, but just for a minute or two. Then it's back to being bitter that I have to watch some other team do this celebration for the 29th year in a row.
