Whoever they end up hiring, I just pray that we get competent special teams out of it. The bar was set so low with Cameron, that at this point I'd probably be satisfied with merely an average NHL-caliber PP. Anything above that would be gravy.

I assume that whomever told him the name asked to keep it quiet for now, and he obviously respects the person well enough to honor the gentleman's agreement. Which in hindsight keeps him on the up and up should another rumor come around from time to time, nobody likes a Larry loose Lips.

Many of you will remember when Andrew Walker used to frequent this site before he went on to Toronto to further his career. Well long story short some incorrect info was being shared here and Walks let me know the REAL story and asked me to keep a lid on it for a week, which I did of course. He then gave me the go ahead to share that he was going to Toronto. Since then I've been given small tidbits here and there as Andrew trusts that I can keep something on the DL until the proper time for reveal has come along.
And I'm not even in the media, just a guy who posts here. Now imagine someone who does this for a living. Those trust relationships are even more important.

Besides, its the off-season. If we find out now or later it really doesnt matter much.
Glen Gulutzan got the full season to do his damage, we can wait a few weeks to find out who Peters' Assistants are.
