not going to fake sympathy for Liverpool, but hope Salah will recover in time for the World Cup. Ramos dirty as usual, and Karius ... wow. Hope he can recover from this, but his Liverpool career will be over for sure.
Real have won enough for the next 20 years. Stop winning and be crap for a while, you jerks.

Feel really bad for karius
I hope he gets with a sports psychologist asap, not even for his play just for his mental health, thats a very traumatic event that will take a long time to get back
No games for 3 months either doesnt help

might happen sooner than you think. Bale's interview sound like he was intent on leaving and Ronaldo is pulling his yearly "I'm not happy" tantrum currently.
I love the team, the history, the colors, the stadium, but the drama is annoying.

Dont think Ramos on Salah was that bad either, if he didnt hurt his shoulder dont think anyone would even remember it today
What he did to karius was worse

Ramos problem of course is the reputation. Can you really give him the benefit of the doubt? I don't think you can. That said watching it over again, it does seem Salah initiates the initial locking of the arms. I do agree there's no plausible deniability for elbowing Karius, with VAR that's probably a red card.
Also, aren't Bale's wages like insanely high? Gotta think only United could really afford to take him on. I guess City, but there's no need there.

Liverpool loss means they go pot 3 next year as well, more likely for a tough group
This is what it would look like if all the highest ranked teams win their qualifiers next year, so if benfica and basel dont make it roma and liverpool may move up

350000 pounds a week after taxes. So, just a little bit of money.

600k, but i believe that includes his image rights and other things
The stories out now are saying even united would want him to take a pay cut
That is the issue for spurs, who could afford the 70m fee being mentioned, but unless he took a wage cut, and even though it seems he would rather play for spurs and live in london as well, hard to even meet in the middle
Even if somehow spurs say, if you cut it in half we can cover it and bale agrees, they then have to raise the wages for other top players
Kane is on 200k according to most reports, amd after the poch new deal last week, a few of the better sourced spurs reporters said they expect deals soon for eriksen, lloris, son, and vertonghen. You cant pay them half of what bale gets, and with the new stadium spurs financial capabilities goes way up, but not that much

Honestly, the Ramos tackle (if that’s what you want to call it) was not intentional. The shoulder that got hurt was the one that wasn’t grabbed. Ramos is a master of the dark arts and all, but even for him that would be exceptional.

Ugh...its not just that we lost, its the way we lost that irks me most.
Cant deny the Bale goal, that was a piece of magic, but the goaltending and Sergio 'Scumbag' Ramos taking out Salah early are what really bug me.

I think Karius will be back, although he may have some competition for his spot. Klopp will stick by his guys, just look at Lovren. Not many would have had him starting a European Cup final after his Spurs outing.
There had been plenty of rumours of Alisson Becker being an option even before the final, so I'd bet those will ramp up even more now.

well Ronaldo was just his usual narcissistic self. Minutes after winning the CL he just has to be in the spotlight ... I'm guessing it's time again to improve his slave contract. Might be his last big one too.
Bale though, I can understand to a degree. All about playing time.

Well Mignolet is definitely getting sold, so you have to figure Karius is back. Alisson is gonna be pretty expensive, and if you're gonna spend big on a goalie you might as well get the best one you can, so I'd rather go after Oblak instead. More than likely I suspect we see them get Butland.

Oblak would be insanely expensive, and id be awfully nervous about spending that much on a keeper that plays in an entirely different system. I also don't really see much from Butland that suggests he's a top keeper.
I'd much rather go with Alisson, although I don't really know whether he's attainable for us or not.

Id rather have alisson
Better than oblak and probably the best in the world they can get. Since the ddg, neuer, lloris, donnarumma, courtois etc. wouldnt be available
If alisson is too expensive than arizzabalaga but i suspect hes already earmarked for madrid

Any new news on Mo Salah other than he and the Egypt doctors being optimistic?
