just thought I would update this. I spoke with Telus today and asked whether they had found anything out with my billing issue. The girl on the phone was very polite at first and explained it was still under investigation.
My payment date is fast approaching so I asked the girl if I had to pay the full amount and she said that I do and they will credit me back on my next bills. Now I don't normally have a problem with this idea however the amount that I will be overpaying will give me credit for the next 2 months and as it is December it's not exactly an ideal time to be wanting to spend that extra amount on something I shouldn't even have to be paying.
At the end of it all the Girl asks "is that why you haven't resigned your contract?"....ummmmm yah could be
