Default Cougars beat Gonzaga

Washington State were clearly the best team on the night. Great game in front of a packed house. Some terrific 3pt shooting and some great individual performances propelled the Cougars to victory.

Yeah, I watched most of that game. Raivio was terrible, and was pretty much 100% the reason they lost. He was trying to force everything and turned it over about 1000 times. I can't understand why Few didn't sit him.

They did turn it over but I don't think they gave the game away. Cougars were sad on the free throw line but some great shooting by Low and Harmeling had a lot to do with that win. I thought Low especially sunk baskets at a lot of key moments.

After a huge win over Texas this was sad to see. I think the Zags were just looking ahead, the schedule coming up makes for the hardest month in school history. However, this could be a good thing as last year the Zags numerous times played down to many teams and would squeek it out at the end. Few will make sure they learn from there mistakes

Yeah no kidding -- I was watching the game and sort of listening occasionly to what the broadcasters were mumbling about till the part about the sked came up. I thought at that moment --Yikes there is no ducking good teams in that sked is there?

That's always been Few's style, the Zags make sure that they'll play the toughest possible opponents out of confrence that they can. This is defintley the hardest they've been up against Wash, Georgie, Duke, Nevada.
