Well, to be fair, as long as you don't try to undermine the government in any way, you can make pretty much every reasonable choice in Russia. Particularly you can choose a healthy lifestyle. I for one even enjoy a free corporate gym in my office.

Definitely post apex. He went from scoring 8 goals in 2016 and 7 in 2017 down to only 5 this years.
We are not even being told what to do. We just should stand clear of any power struggles and not engage in politics - something that most ordinary people do anyway - and we would mostly do fine.
