Seems really risky to pull Dell now with 2:21 left still.

Yup, bad call. Sharks avoid getting scored on 2 or 3 times and then Marchessault finally does.

Wow 4-0 to 4-3 with 4 minutes to go

Even if they lose this game I don't think the Sharks are in trouble.

One thing I have noticed is that even after Game 1 and the 7-0 loss and even in Game 4 coming back with 2 goals to tie the game... this Shark team refuses to let Vegas control them mentally. They don't get panicked, they don't play into the Vegas system and they continue to play their own game. Lots of respect to the Sharks, they are a fantastic team.

Bummer. Hopefully the Sharks can bounce back and stretch this series to 7.

Sharks almost made it all the way back. This will probably go 7.

The Sharks are boring.

Yeah, probably should have kept the pressure on a while longer before going with a 6 on 5 with EN. Gamble that could have paid off, but didn't.

Would have loved to see a 4-4 OT with Dell in net, would have made for some drama.

Hindsight is 20/20 but too early to pull the goalie IMO. Sharks were pressing and had great pressure. The motivation of an empty net really seemed to motivate Vegas- they were all over SJ and willed that last goal

With 7 playoff wins, the Golden Knights have won as many playoff games as the Flames in their last 10 seasons. Let that sink in.

Pulling the goalie early is overrated.

In Vegas, have been here all week for a conference. Every body has Knight fever here. On game day all the bartenders and wait staff at all the resorts are wearing Golden Knights jerseys or t-shirts. Probably around 2/3 of dealers and some pit bosses wear jerseys on game day too.

Tonight's game atmosphere was unreal. I watched from Toshiba Plaza right outside the arena. My co-worker spent the $300 to get a ticket for the game. He wanted to experience playoff hockey so the second the series schedule was released he bought a ticket.

So I was at the game last night (and yes, I'm just getting in), and the atmosphere is pretty electric. Ran into season ticket holders from Calgary, Red Deer, Montreal and Halifax, and they were telling me that for playoff tickets they are charging two price levels: Tickets you'll use are $50 cheaper than tickets you wanna resell. So despite the initial belief that the team would have a lot of out of town opposition fans to buy up a good chunk of tickets, there were only a handful of Sharks fans in the building. And as browna mentioned, easily the best in-game production values I've ever seen, makes everything a lot more fun. The "SHAME" chant for penalties is awesome too. I can't imagine how awesome the atmosphere will be once they get a playoff series against Calgary/Edmonton/Vancouver/Winnipeg, expensive as it is to go you know the Canadian fans will pay for the party.

Especially now with the immergence of teams not caring about icing it. The whole play is to just ice it... why give them a target for 3 minutes?

If it's that close of a call you don't call it imo since it's kind of a stupid rule anyway.
