Peters drive in burgers, theres no grey area, you either love em or hate them. But Ill be honest, the last Peters I had in Red Deer was awful. Never experienced that from Peters before. Just bad. I guess 1 out of 100 ain't bad.

Full disclosure: I was friends with the daughter of the original owner Gus Pieters and a former colleague of the present owner (he was a lawyer for a while until he went into business investing with his wife).

Lived in Crescent Heights for the better part of the 80's fo my teens. What made Peter's so great back then was the CHQR Stampeders helmet sticker coupon. You got the sticker at the Esso across the street from Peter's. The coupon was spend $2 and get a free hamburger. Back in early 80s a large fries was $2 at Peter's. What made Peter's good was quantity not quality.
In the polll I went with a little nervous. We don't need another Peter's drive-thru and I'm still worried about the quality.
