Well I suppose the law of averages eventually catches up with you. Can't expect to get outplayed nightly without it catching up to you.

You know the Leafs had a pretty good regular season but Babcock is getting paid a lot of money and you think he could get this team to play better defense. They don't have the greatest defensive group in the NHL but it's not the worst but they play a lot like the worst defense in the league.

Directly responsible for 3 of those. sorry 4, forgot the half assed defense on the EN goal.

Nylander can take a little heat for the GWG as well, he tried to beat 3 players and turned the puck over on a soft play.

That was my thought as well. He was dead silent after Ferland’s EN goal.

Nervous puck handling in the last half of the game. Pressure got to him definitely.

All the teams I hate have now been eliminated, or didn't even make the dance. All things considered, this is a tolerable timeline.

Still have the Jets left on my list. And the Pens. My favorites are gone now though which sucks. Except for SJ. Guess I'll be over there watching that series as the only guy here to cheer for the sharks.

Really wanted a CLB/SJ cup final.

Now I will hope for a SJ/WAS final.

I'm cheering for the Sharks as well. Vegas has been impressive, but I'll be perfectly happy to see their magical cinderella season come to an end.

Didn’t watch the game, or the series...but all these comments about Gardiner who obviously was bad tonight.
Where is wonder boy Matthews? The difference maker Kadri?
Marleau delivered for what he was brought in for. Only guy on the Leafs I’d want to see do well, shame he had to land there.

Haha, too funny seeing the Leafs with a big 3rd period choke.

With the Leafs and Ducks out, what team am I supposed to cheer against now?

Leafs are gonna overpay big time for a dman in the off season. This series flatters them, I thought they got outplayed almost every period this series. Without Andersen they wouldn’t of made it to a game 6

It’s amazing that Gardiner plays big minutes yearly for the leafs and still hasn’t figured out how to skate backwards.

Love how mad Kypreos is, what a meat head

J-E-T-S JETS! JETS! JETS!

They are my most hated team still in it.
