I am undecided on this hiring but the fact he has already mentioned he knows Brodie is stronger on the right side has given him a +1 in my books. He also mentions that Hamilton is scratching the surface offensively and will be a key part of the PP... baby steps but at least it isn't going to take him a full season to realize this.
