I know that I am repeating myself but I love that Vegas gets the puck and goes straight into attack mode. Where we will send it back to our zone and slow play everything. I am getting more bitter about the season I just watched with every shift I watch in this game

That, plus the fact that when they don't have the puck, they attack whoever does, and limit their time and space. That is so much more enjoyable to watch than having the D constantly back in, and everyone try to fill lanes with sticks. With Gulutzan, where you are standing is more important than going to get the puck.

I think the same thing watching them. I believe it was hrudey who highlighted this in Nate Schmidt’s game the other night and ever since it’s all I can notice. And it’s such a simple coaching adjustment!!! Holy hell. I don’t think Vegas is more skilled than the flames are, they just have better coaching. AND THEYRE FUN TO WATCH!
