Seeing them smash them smash Toronto to silence Laughs Nation would be another feather in their cap.

I mentioned before that I really don't follow eastern hockey very much so maybe I've missed something significant this year but who is this Gourde guy for Tampa and why is he getting so much attention early on?

What they did in game 7 to the Leafs 5 years ago is another huge feather in their cap.
They wrenched the heart right out of every Leafs fans chest that night. It was epic.

Undrafted, spent years in the AHL/ECHL. Played his first full NHL season and had 25 goals, 64 points. Had some good chances to score today.
Tampa up 1-0

Gotta say...sentimentally... having the Bruins/Leafs in the playoffs on CBC on a snowy night in Calgary....something really right about that.
Would be even better if it was the opener to the Flames on the double-header.
Sigh.
