Flyers coming in hot. Pittsburgh isn't the same team they used to be, but they have the experience and slightly better star power. I'll go against the grain and say Flyers in 5 for the surprise upset of the first round.

Surprised at the flyers love. pittsburgh is still a juggernaut. Rumor is Columbus and NJ tanked their last game of season to avoid playing Pitt in rd 1. I would definitely preferred Washington.
Philly is a really young team. Pittsburgh is the deservèd favorite.
I don't have a lot of faith Elliott is going to steal a series against the Penguins. Penguins in 6.
Flyers did most of their winning down the stretch with Mrazek in net. Since late February, both Elliott and Neuvirth played a combined total of 3 games, mostly due to injury, Elliott's being a core muscle injury that kept him out 6 weeks. I honestly am not sure who the starter will be for game 1. Even if it is Elliott, I think you see a quick hook if he's not playing well since they have 2 other options to go to if need be.
