Morales to the DL due to his sprained hammy he sustained while performing a light jog.
Mayza has been called up. Will be nice to have another lefty in the pen who's name isn't Aaron Loup.

Can't believe I actually liked the Morales signing at the time. He's been awful and creates such an inflexible roster.
Nice to see Mayza up, I hope he does well. I thought he was good at the end of last year and during spring training this year.

Yeah, Mayza has got the kind of stuff that misses bats. If he puts it together he could be an elite lefty reliever.

I wager we only see him for a few days (an appearance or two). Then probably Teoscar.

I am OK with that. I am a big fan of Teoscar Hernandez and feel he should have been on the opening day roster. Pearce to DH, Granderson to the bench and Hernandez to left field.

Yeah, I can agree with that. I am thrilled to have Granderson, always liked him I just want playing time for the younger players. Grichuk could probably use some bench time. Nice problem to have when you don't know which bat to take out if the lineup.

I hate bunting, but I would be really ok with taking the bat out of Travis's hand here and sacrifice Pillar

Problem is Cashner is also dealing. Real pitchers duel.
Edit - nevermind Cashner out. In comes ex jay prospect Castro

Watching Castro makes me sad he's not a Jay. What a live arm hes got and serious movement.
He and Osuna could make a hell of a late inning duo.

Rough inning defensively for the O's here. Let's take advantage!
