Wow, that was a little excessive, Domi. So...are the Coyotes playing penalty free or can the refs not see them on the ice because they are wearing white?

Ive been thinking about that. UnNamed RW-Bennett-Tkachuk. COuld be a guy like Foo or an aquisition.

I've also been thinking about Janko. No room for him AND Backlund unless he rides the AHL for another year. Or one of them gets traded for Upgrades.

That's a good point, but unless the Flames acquire one through a trade or likely overpay for one in July (I don't think they will), then Backlund is likely our go to. Those kind of players don't come cheap, and we don't have anybody in the system who can immediately step up and be that solidified number 2. I'm really hoping Bennett get some chemistry going with tkachuk but that remains to be seen.

Too bad glass didn't score there, that would've been the ultimate this guy scored.

For a small goalie, Raanta sure covers a bunch of net.

Foo has looked more dangerous than probably 10 of our regular forwards have over the past couple months.

Because his offense hasn't been "Coached" out of him yet.

I wish there was a way to track bad luck. We should have a record this year.

It really is hard to explain just how badly Backlund and Frolik have been playing for the last couple of months...Especially Frolik... ugly

Last I heard he was in Europe playing. Tried a couple of seasons ago to catch an NHL gig but no bites. Those concussions really caught up to him. Slowed him down a bunch. Was always a guy I had wanted the Flames to acquire.

Shots 25 - 16. Score 3 - 1. Yup, just about right.

Yeah I think this is the end of Chicago Frolik we are seeing here. Just mind blowing how your stick is off the ice in the slot of all places. Whys he stick lifting the ARZ Dman?

Frolik play of late reminds me of Roman Cervenka.
Very tentative and soft. Its like he’s frightened out there.
