Pillar has no baseball IQ. Should be 2 on with no out but Pillar decides to pop up a pitch 8 inches off the plate with a 3-1 count. Clueless.

Could we get anything good for Pillar to add to our rebuild? Asking because I'm clueless on MLB trade value.

Probably a mid-level prospect, but you never know come trade deadline.

Must be nice to be able to buy a player like Chapman, sell him for a ridiculousness haul of prospects in your down year, then re-buy him again when you are challenging again in two short years.

Bleacher report had him as 14th overall for centrefielders, he was a 2.8 WAR player, so he could probably get a decent prospect back.

Speaking of dealing closers the guy I would like to see the Jays deal is Osuna. They could fetch a kings ransom for him and they have absolutely zero use for an elite closer right now.

Pillar proving his worth; stealing all of Betances' yearly salary in that inning.

Heh, that was fun. Been a long time since I've seen someone steal home.

Isn't it sweet that the last time it happened was against the Yankees back in 2007. I believe Hill did it against Andy Pettite.

Congrats to Pillar and Aaron Hill.

Solid game! I hope they give Arencibia some screen time soon. This new guy replacing Zaun is so vanilla and boring.

Solarte was fun to watch after his HR and the rest of the game. He was excited!

Must be tough to do that with "no baseball IQ".

Pillar in the 8th was awesome. Team has to do more of that, start manufacturing runs. Unfortunately not a lot of guys in the lineup that can play that way.

Solid win. Pitching has looked good in all three games.

I felt some things when Maile was all "my man" to Osuna at the end

@gregorMLB
Last night's home run by Yangervis Solarte was the hardest exit velocity ever recorded off #Yankees righty Dellin Betances. The ball left Solarte's bat at 110.5 mph. #BlueJays#
