Yeah, "Let him go" is such a casual fan, base level answer. Let him go how? Do you expect an asset back? Buy out? Less use on the roster next year? Demoted to the minors?

Nope, just "Keep him" or "Let him go", pick a side!!

Weird. When I did this in the morning, it don't have the coaching staff.
Now it does.
Looks like this was pretty rushed though and very poorly put together.

I was getting on a roll near the end with "Fire Him" but they stopped with one name missing.

*when. Usually the day or two after the season has ended in the Sun.

I went Ingognito and fired the coaching staff a few more times. Felt pretty good.

Not a lot of suspense in waiting for the results given the pulse of the fanbase.

I sure hope they don't go nuts and make wholesale changes.

1. Make the bottom six faster and more of a threat offensively.
2. Make room for Rasmus.
3. Don't start Smith for 90-95% of the goddamn games until he inevitably gets injured.

If you're going to change out coaching staffs then make #### sure it's an actual improvement and not just change for the sake of change.

This part won't be hard. Just stay away from the unknown, don't give a new guy a chance to break into the NHL. Just grab a seasoned, well known NHL coach and he will be a huge upgrade.

F it, make wholesale changes!

Coaching is the biggest area of concern for this team a d if they can't drastically improve that, they should make changes to the team. If they decide to keep GG, they might as well scorch the earth and rebuild again BUT KEEP THE GD DRAFT PICKS! lol

Is this a legit Calgary Sun poll? Asking because, beyond being poorly constructed, it says Calgary Herald in the URL on the site polldaddy

I put that as a big disappointment just because I really wanted him to hang around for the whole season

I basically voted to fire the coaches and overhaul the bottom-6. I think they only two who survived the “N-E-B purge” were Bennett and Jankowski. Everyone else was gone.

Also I voted I expect them back in the playoffs next year. Because I do.

True. Like Brouwer, it would be nice to just let him go, but if it is going to cost us a significant asset, then just ride out the contract. But we need more wing depth so we don't have a Brouwer-play next year.

Travelling needs to decide on the following for the flames and stick with it!

Do we want to be the teams the Kings and Ducks were in the last 10 years? (Tough and in your face creating skill by hard work with some skilled gritty players)

Do we want to be the team the 2000's Ottawa Senators were (Fast and skilled, lacked grit)

I say either can work in todays NHL but this mixed version i would say needs to go.

Calgary needs an identity again .... 2004-2007 Hard workers is not this group.

And they need a coach that is going to support and work with the players and adapt the game plan to them and not adapt the players to the game plan.

I voted mostly everyone out that is old, coach staff or named brodie
