the last couple of weeks have been a real eye opener . Not only does the whole coaching staff have to go, but I wouldn't mind every player ,besides Tkachuk ,leaving also.

Yes, but there's always a few hold outs I like to lol at.

Has that even happened here this season? Lots and lots of blame going around, but injuries and bad luck has been very rare targets I'd say.

If you put the Flames +/- stats into PGA.com, it seems they're doing really well. Some birdies, some eagles. Great golfers.

To whoever was pointing the finger at Johnny Gaudreau for what ails this team man Johnny Gaudreau is the very least of this teams problems and is often the only reason this team is even close to being in any game.

Ill add to that: it is VERY hard to win in this league when basically your entire 2nd line goes without a single point in 9 straight games at the most crucial point in the season.

Frolik and Backlund have combined for over 300 minutes of hockey without ONE point between them, that is completely unacceptable from your 2nd line. Tkachuk is clearly the catalyst on that line.

Johnny has 8 points in the those 8 games. Monahan has 6.

Just an abysmal performance from core players on our 2nd line and a huge part of the reason this team is where it is.

I wonder if Gulutzan is aware that he's in his final days as an NHL coach, or if he still believes doing nothing will finally work in his favour.

I don’t think I can support this team is Glen Gulutzan is back next year.

I won’t stop being a Flames fan, but I don’t think I’d watch another game until he’s gone. Boring, lifeless, pathetic, zero pride hockey. Despicable.

Personally I think firing the coaches with games still to play sends a stronger message to the players than doing it in the off-season.

Letting the team play out the stretch with the same staff when they've clearly quit and stopped caring doesn't do anything except validate their behavior.

Their opponents are getting the job done with far fewer shots.

So keep a bad coach to make the team even worse, in hopes of the 1st overall pick. That's good Oilers thinking.

Pretty sure the entire team has quit now. It's boggling that guys like mangiapane lomberg poirier and klimchuk and kylington arent playing in the lineup.

The 2014-15 and 2017-18 versions of the Flames are why I think advanced stats are a crock of S

That would mean that Glass and Stewart would be scratched, and Gulutzan certainly can't have that!

The Flames only have 3 additional call-ups, but I expect they will use them soon.
