Yes, Smith shouldn't be playing. He's not ready. Whether is not being healed or not practiced enough, he isn't game ready to where we need him.

Obviously Smith is responsible, but he shouldn't even be playing. He's not ready. Coach is going to play his confidence out of him by forcing it right now. And we don't need that going into next season.

Trading Gio would be bad, he is certainly not part of the problem imo.

The Flames have mailed in another one. Yes, since coming back from injury Smith has been bad, but Smith was this teams MVP before he was injured. It’s hard coming back from an injury, and basically being told “go get us in the playoffs”.

The Flames are a soft, fragile team. The leadership group aside from Gio shows no give a ######s. Monahan has zero emotion, and never will, yet he is supposed to be a leader? Brouwer is in the same boat but I hold him to a lower standard because he sucks.

The Flames would be dead last without Smith. This version of the Flames is a failure. Gully is partly to blame, because he keeps the same crap lines together all year, and refuses to change it when it doesn’t work. Brouwer get out there on the PP....

Monahan has had a couple of pretty bad turnovers. It's clear to me something isn't right with his hand/wrist. Please shut him down. This is your #1 centre and you need him healthy for next season. Don't make an injury or nagging issue worse.

This team is simply not good enough. Ferland, backlund, frolik are not second line players. They are 3rd line players who can chip in on a cup contending team. Absolute hot mess of a team blow it up and rebuild

I disagree on Backlund, he can be a decent 2nd line C. No argument on the other two though and I think both should be moved this offseason.
