He's got 0 expectations considering how he has to beat out the likes of Hathaway, Lazar, Stewart and Brouwer. Doesn't take much but hopefully he does more than be the most 13th forward.

Shore SHOULD.....should be taking away Hathaways spot on the Janko/Bennett line. I feel as though that would create a bunch of missing offense while keeping that line defensively sound.

Shore's a good player and should have been in since the day we picked him up.
However Gulutzan seems to think Shore, Jankowski, Lazar, Stajan can't co-exist or something, even though those are the four best bottom six guys we have after Frolik/Versteeg

Some have included him in the "not even an NHLer" posts. He's gotten somewhat of a bad rap because Ottawa sat him a fair bit after acquiring him. I think he could be quite useful.

FWIW and someone please correct me if I’m wrong but I always remember Darryl Sutter leaning on Shore a lot when the Flames played the Kings. I remember hearing his name a lot.

I think I heard shore was sick a bunch coming to the team so I think that might have played a role in that but he has looked fine tonight the fourth little me has done a decent job of holding offensive zone time for many shifts

I don't know, Shore on the Kings was rock solid IMO. Which is why I think the Flames picked him up. I wonder if it was just the coaching staff not wanting to tinker with what he had after that road trip thinking there was something there.
Poo the bed against the Isles and now we see Shore. honestly don't think he'll be out of the lineup any longer. Hathaway is the obvious weak link IMO.
