Happy to see some hard work there to get a dirty goal.
Hate to complain too much, but before Gio's goal, how does Brouwer not shoot that faster? He had an open net for a few seconds before Jarry got over to challenge him.

Thank god, this was looking like a continuation of the nightmare.

Sweet baby jesus, some actual pressure and a bounce.

Flames aren't playing bad...bad bounce and bad play by Gillies. Not sure how comfortable I am with him in there. Probably about as comfortable as Gillies looks

Impressive what we can do when our offensive defenseman can be offensive

Nice response. It was encouraging to see some mental fortitude.

You guys should turn to CNN. This Nunberg guy is way more interesting than any Flames game the past 2 years.

Had Gillies not taken that puck for a walk behind the net like he was waiting for a dog to take a leak we'd be tied

I'd be no more comfortable with rittich though really.

Unless he lets in a bad one or 2 I'd rather see how (or if) Gillies can shake it off

Flames are getting great looks. That was a good save by Jarry. If they keep it up they can win this game.

When has he really ever had much finish? Love the guy but it's just not his forte

Treliving kicking himself for not paying the price for a goalie. These two guys aren't ready and have given up below average goals in each game since the deadline.

I don't think the first one was tipped and Gillies just didn't track it, and the second one you could time the amount of time the puck was on Gillies stick with a sundial.

Solid shift by 4th line to get it back.

Meh. At least my spring will be free and clear from any playoff distractions. Get to use my evenings to get productive stuff done.

This team simply doesn’t deserve a post season spot. I’m done for the year. My lack of care for this team is at an epic low. I just don’t give a crap any more.
