I'll gladly boycott all of them. Symantec products aren't great to begin with, but I might have a problem finding a car to rent.

I was pleasantly surprised as well. The title almost resulted in me not reading it but I’m glad I continued.

And, I still want a formula one car for my commuter.

I am shocked about the discounts. Those companies should be charging higher fees.

You're saved, Enterprise/Alamo/National (all the same owner) are out: https://thinkprogress.org/alamo-nati...-35d326965744/

This officer has resigned.
Instead, the deputy who was on duty at Marjory Stoneman on February 14, in uniform and armed, chose instead to stand outside the building for at least four of the six minutes it took the gunman in to dispatch 17 former classmates and school staff, a distressed Israel told reporters Thursday afternoon.

r/Teachers is more up in arms (pun intended) than I've ever seen it over the idea of putting weapons in teacher's hands. Very large numbers of American teachers are vehemently opposed to this idea.

Wild Apricot offers discounts to NRA members, and they're based out of Toronto.

These kids are going to keep on building momentum as they start getting organized. I just don't want them to be satisfied half measures such as not allowing people under 21 from buying AR-15s. It's going to snowball and this might be the best chance in some time to make a difference, especially with mid-term elections coming up.

You can't help but be inspired by them. I'm quite hopeful their words will be stronger than weapons this time around.

Damn, I have some pretty hardcore conservative friends back in Calgary and in Alberta on Facebook, one of them shared a crisis actor video (eventually deleted it), and now he posted something to the effect of, malls, movie theaters, my workplace has more security than a school, why can't we protect our children...

Wait, he lives in Lloydminister, he's afraid for children in schools in Canada and wants more security in Canada. Am I missing something since I left 8 years ago?

Well it's a good thing most teachers are opposed, because 44% of Americans support teachers packing heat. 44....mother####ing.....percent. If that number doesn't show you how deeply, fundamentally broken America is, there's not much that will. It's so divided as a country right now if Trump came out tomorrow and said eating poo is delicious, 44% of Americans would say they support eating poo.

Samantha Fuentes, who was shot in both legs during the Parkland assault, said she had felt no reassurance during a phone call from the president to her hospital room last week.

“He said he heard that I was a big fan of his, and then he said, ‘I’m a big fan of yours too.’ I’m pretty sure he made that up,” she said in an interview after being discharged from the hospital. “Talking to the president, I’ve never been so unimpressed by a person in my life. He didn’t make me feel better in the slightest.”

Ms. Fuentes, who was left with a piece of shrapnel lodged behind her right eye, said Mr. Trump had called the gunman a “sick puppy” and said “‘oh boy, oh boy, oh boy,’ like, seven times.”

Hope that young lady is ready for the Trump cult onslaught that is coming. Can't be dissing L. Ron Trumpard like that.

Parkland shooter Nikolas Cruz made 911 call https://www.wptv.com/news/region-c-p...m-beach-county

Wow. I didn’t know about these particular incidents; perhaps just missed them for whatever reason.

Apologizing and hugging in front of deputies and everything’s okay...

Good on Ms. Fuentes. These kids have a lot of heart and I hope they don't let up. That country is so ####ing broken.
