Best non-sexual physical feeling would have to be playing my last University football game. We won and after the game, my parents came down to the feild and my mom was crying because she knew how hard it would be for me to take that equipment off. I poured my heart and soul into that football program and walking off the feild a winner, and with the respect of my teammates, coaches and family was just awesome.

Going to the hairdresser and having them shampoo my hair. Hugely relaxing.
The feeling you get after you have achieved something, when you have achieved your goals. I jogged this morning and went a lot further than I have in the past. That felt pretty good.
My brother just sent me a bunch of pictures of my nephews and my niece. I haven't even met one of my nephews once, so I am sure when I hold him for the first time, that'll feel pretty good.

When I was a kid on a fishing trip with my cousin, yeah it was a competition even if nothing was said [and I was losing big time], I wandered off by myself down the stream and found this pool with two huge trout. I've never been more excited, the adrenaline was overpowering and I barely could drop my line in the water long enough for one trout to make a solid bite. I managed to catch the smaller of the two and proudly take it back to camp. I believe hunters call this buck fever.
The feeling I get from meditation is very good. It can range from sweet peacefulness to a mind exploding trip through the inner cosmos.

Christmas morning by itself
Having someone you love open a present you've given them and knowing by their reaction it was perfect. Likewise receiving a similar gift is pretty good, but I think giving them is better.
Smelling babies. I love the smell of a (clean) baby.

Not a parent, but I would imagine the feeling of finally seeing your child come into the world would be hard to top.

Nothing beats a good adreniline rush. First time I went skydiving; looking down at the ground thousands of feet below me and then just jumping out...
Or listening to a great new song.

Since we're on the topic of sweet goals....
I've had hat tricks in my rec league, but they were against really, really bad teams. When the teams are good, I usually get a few garbage goals--all in all, I get about a point a game, which is pretty bad considering how many goals are scored in our league.
The best feeling I've had was in a playoff shootout. I was the 6th shooter for our team, and I scored the goal to break the tie and win it for our team. Scoring the goal, getting mobbed afterwards.... pretty fun. Even if I did get ribbed for scoring the "slowest" shootout goal in history.
I love taking a shower after working out early in the morning. It's like washing away the last day so you can start fresh with the new one.
Getting my scalp massaged. That's one reason I like getting my hair cut is the scalp massage beforehand.

Haha, all you guys are talking about hattricks and scoring 5 goals in one game! Last week I scored my first goal in a league game, hey, I'm a stay at home defenseman! But I have been playing for a couple years now.
Anyways, it was a beauty. Started a rush, found myself ahead of the pack, called for the pass and received it right at the blueline. Got forced to the corner, protected the puck and fought the guy off, wraparound, gave it one more whack at it was in. Wish I had that on videotape, hahaha!

I'd have to agree with these sentiments. Absolutely nothing compares to holding your new born baby.
I love it when I come home from work and the kids are all super excited to see me. It can certainly change your day around in a hurry!

-I never played ice hockey, but played roller hockey for 2 years.
I got a hat trick one year in that and it was awesome.(especially being the only person on the team who had never played organized hockey)
-Being the first person to ever score a goal in the Calgary Soccer Center was/is cool. We were the first team to play when it opened up and I scored about 6 seconds in.
Knowing that I was and will always be the first person to score in that building (out of the thousands who have played there) is a neat feeling.
-As a student you get used to always having school on your mind. The first week of summer where you keep thinking to yourself "what do I have to work on this week" and then realising it's nothing is an amazingly free feeling.
btw, great thread

Winning a poker tournament and knowing you deserved it.
Listening to Kid A in my room alone with the lights out. It puts me in an almost meditative state.

Also everytime the Flames won a round in the playoffs was a great feeling in 04. So much cheering.
But I suppose this goes without saying?

Lots of sports feelings:
Scoring my 50th goal of the season in the final game of our hockey season way back when.
Any goals scoring in Soccer Provincials, or Nationals topped by scoring a game winning extra time goal to get us into National College Finals over a decade ago.
Winning Nationals in Soccer.
Final exam of my University life..really odd feeling actually..a twinge of panic "now what?" feeling in there too..
Non-controllable outcomes:
Flames beating the Canucks in Game 7...the feeling Game 1 vs Detroit was the least stressed I've been for a Flames game in over a decade.
Flames winning Game 5 in TB June 3 2004, knowing that the next game will be for the what-seemed-so-distant Stanley Cup, at home.
Everyday things...a haircut is good, as is wearing a new and/or favourite shirt or jeans, either work or casual.

Forgot about that. So true...I bet most Flames fans would agree with that. Weird feeling!
