Static Ads and menu literally take up nearly 1/2 my browser window, and then from there, the actual navigation is a huge pain in the arse to find anything.
Maybe we've just been spoiled with their previous coverage and sites from Vancouver and Sochi, but man alive, this is bad.

Just go full screen. My issue is more with the TV Coverage, it seems to be all over the place on Shaw, you can't really tell what sport is on what channel. Online is way better, although my older iPad will not do an Apple TV swap for some reason.

Everything's made for mobile now. It's why NHL.com looks like trash too.

As the games go on this site is still just as bad as I thought on Day 1.
Even the mobile app is trash. Honestly, just trying to see a nice listing of what events are coming up and what channel they'll be on is an exercise in frustration. Its like they don't want us to watch or something.

It's not much better here in the US with NBC. In fact it's downright frustrating trying to figure out when all the events are being shown each day.

It will be the one labelled "Olympic Daytime/Prime time/Overnight", depending on the time of day. Usually top left in all the feeds.

For those that have AppleTV, the CBC app is actually really solid.

After I spent 20 minutes faffing around on the CBC site using Airplay on my iPad, trying to find events, running into "stream not available" messages, and endlessly loading video, my daughter grabbed the remote out of my hand, opened Youtube, and we watched the events there.

If the CBC app on AppleTV actually has the Olympics on it, it's buried pretty deep. I haven't been able to find it.

You can go to Live -→ select channel and see whatever is airing on CBC Calgary/Edmonton/etc just like if you had CBC on your cable subscription or over the air. Sportsnet Now usually has "Olympic Primetime" available on one of their channels too. And I haven't tried it, but I bet you can find lots of Olympic coverage (including live feeds) on YouTube for Apple TV.
(on an unrelated note, has anyone found a way to watch a recording of The National on their Apple TV without having to tune into the livestream at :00? such an annoying change)

I was just posting in the daily thread. CofR's summary as a helper the NBC sports app on Roku/Apple/etc has been a great experience so far.

Anyway to go to full screen and cast? On the first day of the Olympics I could do that. But now, in Google Chrome on my desktop, I lose the cast button on full stream, so I end up getting a small view with all of the other Olympic headers.

Weird, we've been watching all Olympics long with the website. It seems pretty simple to me, click on the primetime video, cast it to the TV, watch the content.
