  • Philadelphia @ Vegas 6:00 PM MT

  • San Jose @ Anaheim 6:00 PM MT

I'm here in Canmore, apparently so is Hometown Hockey, so I've got my mission cut out for me.

Will report back.

It is a tripleheader Sunday on national television.

The Penguins-Blues started it all on NBC. The Penguins and Blues were tied at 1-1 heading into the third period when Pittsburgh scored 3 goals on their way to victory.

The Red Wings-Capitals game was on Sportsnet and that was a great game to watcch as Detroit blew another three goal lead for the second consecutive game. The Red Wings scored three goals in three minutes late in the second period to take a 4-1 lead after forty minutes. The Capitals came back to tie it with 17 seconds left in regulation time with a Backstrom power play goal.

We're rooting for ANA over SJ in regulation, right?

If I'm reading this correct, if ANA wins, they have 66 pts (same as us) but we hold onto the Pacific (3rd) due to fewer games played.

I would rather see ANA lose because a) hate em and b) it would be nice to reduce the number of teams in it.

CHI is dead in the water now, down to 11.

Time to have the Ducks drop out too. And the Avs

I agree. I also think we could take the Sharks in a playoff series much smoother than we could Anaheim. Keep on losing away Ducks.

Fair enough, but it's getting pretty late in the 3rd now. So if SJ scores, it's likely going to be a 3-point game.

Cheering for the Sharks. The less horses in the race, the better. Keep the Ducks down.
