Is Hoffman a left-shooting RW?

Seems like he's listed as a LW.

Anything off the Rags? Hayes being JGs very good buddy is always a possibility, but they have some potential players that may help the Flames the next two years as the Flames try to take the next step.

Not really anyone on the Rangers. I guess Adam Tambellini has been buried in their system. We can always trade a conditional 7th for him, and send one of our lost AHL guys.

Buchnevich would be a perfect pickup if the Rangers would let him go. He's incredibly underused by the coach and he's still putting up good numbers. With more opportunity I think he could be a 60-70 point guy fairly easily.

Buchnevich would be awesome but pricey. Kent Wilson mentioned it on twitter and Rangers fans were all over it. ‘Anything with Buchnevich starts with Tkachuk or Monahan’, which is absolutely ludicrous but he would cost a fair bit.

I'd like to see Bennett and Brodie to Leafs for Nylander + 2019 first.

OH god no. 2019 first is likely pretty late.

Why are the Leafs trading one of their most promising young players again?

Bennett & Brodie? Probably not. Hamilton instead of Brodie? More likely. IMO

Leafs don't want a LHD and play the pairings like the Flames do.

Late first for Bennett isn't below market.

And Nylander has more trade value than Brodie.

It's a trade Toronto doesn't do.

Nash's agent has spoken to 8-10 teams that have interest in Nash
The top of Nash's list is 1. Nashville. 2. Dallas

Nash might set the market for Kane and those who miss out on Nash will come to Buffalo

25 scouts at Rangers game Wednesday.
Besides Nash and Grabner, JT Miller and Kreider are generating interest.

Lots of questions on Vigneault future with the Rangers who has a reputation of being better with veterans than the younger players the Rangers want to go with.

Mike Green might be the most desirable d-man.
has full NTC and controls his destiny.
List of teams he is willing to go to short
The price is between what Shattenkirk got (1st + prospect) and Brendan Smith got (2nd+3rd)
Tampa has been linked with Green but is considering all their options. Believed Green is willing to go to Tampa

If Columbus were to deal Jack Johnson today they feel they could get a late 1st round draft pick.
But would prefer a forward back
If they can't get that forward, might trade Johnson for the pick and flip it for a forward.

Vegas will not weaken their roster for the future (i.e. they are not selling)
Vegas has been scouting the Senators
Don't be surprised if McPhee adds at the deadline.

Seems like the Flames likely have their eyes on Hoffman, or even Stone. Surely Michael's been putting a bug in Mark's ear about how awesome Calgary is.

Gonna go out on a limb and say Pageau for our Stone. Maybe management feels that Andersson is ready? I just don’t see us going for Hoffman.

Oh man if Vigneault see's himself with out a job this summer, I'm sure it would piss Vancouver fans off to see him behind our bench.

First thing I thought. Always thought he was a good coach. There cold be a few good coaching options. Quenville potentially.
