He's probably sobbing uncontrollably with his microphone off. "This isn't fair!"

Sucks that the Kings have won it, but watching the Oilers lose is always a beautiful, joyous thing.

Meh, an Oilers loss is still always pleasant.

The Sharks have a tall task up against the Knights tomorrow.

That subtle "oh" when Remenda realized it was going in was glorious

So what's the excuse for the Oilers loss tonight? Did McDavid forget to tap his teammates on the shoulders and say "let's go" between periods?

According to the other forum, it is basically the refs, and Toronto, for the Oilers loss.

Example:

3 straight years this team is screwed over steady by the refs and Toronto and not one peep from our ***** coach or gm about it when they don't give a flip about the team why should they players .... disgraceful

Good lord Elliotte, there are literally no similarities between the Strome goal and that one, no reason to compare them.

sure, but i'd prefer those losses against teams not chasing or ahead of us in the west.

the funny thing is that every win the Oilers have against a western conference opponent helps our chances....

so long as calgary takes care of its own business, the Oilers can't do anything to the Flames.

Let me put on my Oilers mask

The Refs screwed us, they bowled over Talbot on the winning goal, but the league is out to get us.

All I see is hooking and holding on McDavid, the refs really need to give him more favorable calls because he's the best player in the league.

He was the game’s first star.

As usual the excuse will have something to do with officiating or a league wide conspiracy hell bent on ensuring that the Oilers never succeed.

I get that there have been issues with the goaltender interference replay challenge but to me this is like Collinsworth in the Super Bowl in that he's simply trying to create controversy that doesn't exist. Player was outside the crease and has a right to be there and the slight contact didn't impede the goaltender as the screen was perfect and he didn't see the puck anyway.

True, but they could still play spoiler on March 13th and 31st when they play the Flames for their final two games against us. Flames need to get their heads out of their arses and figure out how to beat those clowns.
