It was close to going in, though. Played well by the D and the guys didn't make themselves open enough. Johnny almost tucked it.

The Gio play in the crease has been kind of the way the breaks have gone for the 'Hawks, can't buy a call. The other night in Nashville, the Preds got away with a clear delay of game to deny an extended 5 on 3. Whistles in pockets, for sure. BTW...the 'Hawks will cough up a too many men penalty some time this game.
