We've played well, but we're just not up to par with the #1 team in the league.
We can skate with them, but I think the difference in quality between us and them is consistency.
They get down a few, but they don't stop working. Their level of play doesn't seem to dip; their effort level is consistent shift to shift.
We take shifts off all the time.

Gotta day I agree with this. Literally zero teams pull the goalie when it’s 4-3 IN THEIR FAVOUR. However, the 5th goal? Outta there faster than fish fingers out the oven. Good lord, this is very hard to watch.
