It really gives me great confidence that the Flames are solidly set up at the AHL level with Ryan Huska and company coaching. Hathaway, Jankowski and Mangiapane are very solid players defensively. It tells me Huska prepares players properly.

McElhinney's has had a fairly solid career as a backup. Slow start when he was a Flame though.
