I can't handle this 'playing not to lose' BS anymore. Because you do that, you're more times than not, gonna end up losing. I have no idea how people can support Gulutzan still since he continues to under-deliver results.

We've all seen it before many times. We know what a team looks like when they're defeated. That is a team that looks defeated. It's over. This season will not be salvaged. Losing that top 15 pick will make it all the more agonizing.

Zero shots for 15 mins into the 3rd, in a division battle with a team we are fighting with and only having 15 total shots going into the third... that’s unacceptable.

Stupid loss. Flames might have ''broken'' the curse last game, but all that makes it is 1 win in the last 14 years there. That ####hole is still cursed land.

Flames were outplayed for the most part and Smith kept them in it. But he was definitely the goat on the winning goal. I've said it many times; he needs to let his D play the puck and stop shooting off the glass when a D is right there. Can't fault him too much though, without him it's an ass whipping on the score board.

And Bennett WTF on the empty net. Electing to try some forehand move instead of shooting into an open net.

The game was there for the taking and they didn't' capitalize when they had the chance.
