I think its 20 years of medium to lame production from the team. We are so apathetic at this point.

Sharks pushed to tie but I don't think the Flames crumbled. The goal was a shot from the point and it was tipped in. Not like it was a shooting gallery in the third. Flames had a couple decent shifts after the tying goal. Not creating a ton, but kept the play away from their net and got a valuable point.
Flames had too many good looks in OT and had to bury one of them. Martin Jones paddle save was just silly as well.

Has Jankowski taken a shootout attempt? He's got a great shot plus the long reach for dekes.

The top line hasn’t been getting it done for a while now but they get a free pass. And don’t give me that **** that it’s the system because those same three guys were lighting it up for two months to start the season. The system never changed.

They sat back in the 3rd they had the lead. They should have won the game. When the team is not winning negative talk will always be around!

There's always a way to explain why this team is literally average.

A 5-10 game funk like he often has?
Then he'll have 10 games where he scores 12 points.

The Flames played well for the most part.
I hope that Frolik isn't out for any length of time.

How many more losses until it’s acceptable to snipe?

Flipping between this game and LA/Vegas, and watching Vegas’ system attack non stop vs Gulutzan’s passive approach was sickening.

I would say scoring chances were pretty even in the 3rd...Flames had more in OT
Call it sitting back if you want, pretty decent team on the other side

Flames outshot SJ in the 3rd 12-10.
Sat back based on what exactly? The fact they didn't extend the lead and SJ tied it? Doesn't mean the Flames sat back.

Those three lighting it up covered for the system for two months. If Gaudreau wins the Art Ross we can score at a league average pace.
