Do you have kids?
I can't imagine someone, who does have kids, feeling that way. My first child is only 10 months old, and I know it sounds so cliche', but every moment spent with her is a treasure. You know she feels the same way too, just by looking into her eyes. I'd want to give her as much of that feeling as I could in my last day.
I like Photon's idea of a video... but, I have no idea what I would put on it.
That being said, if I die before I wake up tomorrow, the last conscious thing I would have done was work. Ugh...

Ensure my family knew, so they could increase the life insurance.
Then perhaps do some base jumping / skydiving.

LOL...with a day to live I doubt many ideas here would bear fruit.
Id spend mine with my wife and kids...have some great laughs, tears and simply talk about anything that needs to be talked about. I too like Photons idea, and have actually thought of doing that regardless in the near future.

Well I'm going to the dentist and the Flames game tonight... so probably that. No kids, no spouse for me so I can't do that, and my family lives far away, so I'd call them and tell them I love them. Probably hang out with my best friends, throw a party or something.

Take my Harley out for a run in the morning, spend the afternoon talking to my wife and kids, spending the evening playing hockey with my buddies at the local rink. Catch the BOA afterwards at the local watering hole!

Pretty simple for me. A whole day of playing Thomas the Train with the boy. Then I'd make a video to show him on important dates like his graduation from high school, university, wedding day, his acceptance of the Hec Crighton award for MVP of CIAU football......stuff like that.....

I'm sure most people here would spend the day with their loved ones, but if everyone replied with that it would make for a pretty dull thread no?
The crack answer is a good one because its something I would never do under any other circumstance. But if you knew you were checking out anyways? Sure why not? Might be good for a chuckle.

Tomorrow? Wow, that's not nearly enough time to do everything I'd want to do.
I'd phone all my good friends and tell them how much they've meant to me.
I'd phone all my enemies and tell them what *******s they are!
I'd take an hour out of my day to do the two hottest chicks I can find, even if I'd have to pay for it .
The rest of the time I would spend with ym family, especially with my little guy.

What would I do if I knew I had one day left?
- Play hockey
- Spend the rest of the day with my wife
- Eat a really good meal
- Drink a really nice glass of wine
- Say goodbye to my family
- Go to bed
