The comeback kings! Clutch Int in the end zone, shades of Malcolm Butler in the Super Bowl

I mean technically I think they got it right because of the whole "going to the ground" thing, but what isn't really clear is what constitutes going to the ground. He didn't really go to the ground to complete the process of the catch, he just stumbled to the ground. They need to define this clearly and they really haven't.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but was hoping for the Steelers. Keeping control of the ball to the ground is always called that way though. Not really seeing why that is controversial.

That whole last play felt like danger from the start. I like going for the TD, but there were all sorts of bad things that could have happened there including Ben taking an easy sack.

The steeler caught the ball, had two feet and a knee down on the ground, and then turns into the end zone. As soon as the ball crossed the line, the play is a TD, period.

That's a catch, and TD.

Even if they are going on him not maintaining control, it's not conclusive that the ball touches the ground before he regains control. So, even if you get that far, you can't overturn the play because it's inconclusive.

Say what? You really need to clarify this one.

Stupid NFL got it wrong
It only counts as a TD if its a catch. It wasn't a catch because the ball bobbled and he had to use the ground to maintain control. No catch, no TD.

Which is dumb because it’s only a rule in the end zone.

He had full control of the ball. To argue otherwise is dumb.

It’s a stupid rule.

When the Seahawks and Steelers both get their souls crushed it's a good day.

I can see why the 49ers didn't want to play Garoppolo, he's costing them a top 5 pick now.

Garoppolo with his best Brady impression drives the 49ers down the field for a win.

Robiskie's literally the worst OC in the league, what stupid play call was that on 3rd and 2? Embarrassing that he even has a job people see Mariotas numbers are down this is the #### he has to deal with. We would have gotten killed in the playoffs and probably would keep our coaches , now lets lose out and get some actually good coaches. I hope we trade Mariota so we don't ruin the poor kids career, trade him to Denver so he can win a Superbowl.

What's only a rule in the end zone? I don't think the end zone even came into play on that ruling.

The Titans are going to be in tough to finish 9-7 now. Chargers and Raiders now have a bit of life.
